Project: Space and usage concept for a community center in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg
Objective: The Ginsheim-Gustavsburg community consists of two districts, each with a community center. In Gustavsburg, considerable construction measures will be required in the near future due to the age and condition of the community center. Thus, the questions is if a community center is need, and if yes, which real estate requirements in the district will be required. Within the scope of a portfolio analysis, a space and usage concept that is geared towards the future should be worked on with comprehensive participation from local investors from clubs, politics and the township. Here both the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the users will be considered and the economic real estate aspects will be shown for the communal budget.
