| Scope: | A total of 129 homes planned on 18,545 square metres of property. |
| Residential environment: | The adjacent and non-buildable green area with bird sanctuary will be enveloped in the new area as 'green lungs'. |
| Concept: | The buildings will be aligned along the contours of the curving internal access roads. A development precisely tailored to the sloping ground. |
