From 2012 and by 2015 at the latest, around 90 restoration/redevelopment measures in Hessen are to be reviewed – a great challenge for the town councils in many ways! Several decades of redevelopment files have to be processed and to make matters worse, by now many of the councils' employees that used to be work and administer the redevelopment projects have since left and files have been distributed across different departments.

NH ProjektStadt offers towns and communities that have to review their urban redevelopment measures professional management and competent assistance in this review process.

As we have developed the guideline for such reviews of restoration/redevelopment measures in Hessen together with the Hessian Ministry of Economy, Transport and Regional Development, we are able to offer comprehensive expert knowledge which will save time and money in the settlement process.

Over 40 years' experience in urban development funding has also given us substantial expertise: as a consultant or redevelopment agency we are already looking after more than 20 settlements for redevelopment measures for our Hessian customers. Our recommendation to town councils: start early with these reviews and seek professional advice. This way any potential repayments to federal and state governments can be avoided thanks to early review projections and by implementing further redevelopment measures in a more targeted manner.
