Comprehensive consulting and care of communes

A central area of concentration for NH ProjektStadt is budget management and financial planning for clients. For more than 30 years, we have been recognized as redevelopers, since 2008 we have been a member of the newly founded work association of Deutscher Sanierungs- und Entwicklungsträger (ADS) (German Redevelopment and Development Agencies).

Our project leaders have comprehensive knowledge with the application of applicable legal guidelines, particularly budget law, public procurement and contact with subsidies from city construction promotions and other programs. Through years of experience as a redevelopment and development agency and as a procedure and project developer, consultant and controller in all areas of city redevelopment, we can offer everything along the spectrum of trustee financial management. This also includes the activation and accompaniment of additional subsidies and investment tools and private investments. The importance of these activities underlines the fact that nearly every Euro procured as a subsidy attracts about six times its worth in following investments.
