Our management and counseling services also include tourist developments – from regional and city planning area revision, through the identification of sustainable tourist attractions, development and implementation of a tourist brand, up to acquisition of a suitable investor for a hotel or other tourist establishments. The presentation of different interests in development processes is a component of our service portfolio. In cooperation with qualified partners in the tourism industry, we are prepared for the development and the management of tourist assignments.

We create development opportunities and development options with tailor-made concepts. Our city and regional planning competence also allows the creation of realistically assessable development scenarios in their feasibility. In addition, we plan individual tourist attractions and implement these: we design the renaturation of a river and its environment, design a Kneipp therapy garden or carry out the dismantling and conversion of a landmarked castle – with expert design of the park attached.

Our strength lies in the link of economy, ecology and regional planning based on  professional, result-oriented project management. This involves not only the formulation of an intelligent report at the center of our activities, but also the concrete placement of a  community or a region on the market of (international) tourist competition. The measure of success is the development and safeguarding of profit and employment opportunities of the regional tourism industry based on adjustments to existing structures.

We also work for you outside of Germany: tourist revitalization planning and coordination of the integrated and ecologically compatible development of an approx. 35 kilometer long coast in the Gulf of Salerno (Italy) was initiated with EU funds.
