| Location: | American settlement “Roman Way Village” on the edge of the Butzbach inner-city (Wetterau district) |
| Basis: | Appointment by the city of Butzbach, scope: Around 820 apartments in 35 residential buildings and elementary school and hospital buildings in a 22.5 ha area |
| Development: | 2006 to 2007 basic evaluation, strengths-weaknesses analysis, goal definition, processing of development scenarios, creation of an implementation concept and participation of local key people. |
| Financing: | State funding from the Hessen conversion program according to the guidelines for the promotion of regional development. |
