New quarter with diverse charms

Goal: A living space with modern architecture and cost-effective energy concepts is being developed. The scope encompasses townhouses in a studio model to atriums homes. Attractive apartments and condominiums emerge as storied constructions. Other essential components of the communicative residential concept are designed exterior spaces, such as private gardens, courts and community squares.
Location: Peaceful location, close to the inner city, adjacent to the Rheingauviertel (Rheingau Quarter), south of the Dotzheimer Straße.
Workflow: Start of construction - 1st construction - September 2007, completion 3rd construction – end of 2012
Size: Overall, 91 houses and 134 apartments in building groups with different types of houses with 100 –170 m² of living space, and apartments with ~ 50 –140 m² of living space are being developed.
Residential environment: The composition of the buildings form attractive inner courtyards, free of traffic. Leafy and designed with urban furnishing, they have a semi-public character as playing areas for children and as habitations for the residents
