We have worked in different European projects for just under twenty years. Our wide, European network of competent partners is founded on a long-term collaboration with numerous European institutions and companies. In this way, investors and project partners profit from our connections and experiences as project developers, city planners and consultants.

The service spectrum of our NH ProjektStadt brand includes the identification and development of projects as well as building and project management: we assume the acquisition and structuring of projects, optimize projects with regard to their investment maturity, make the selection and combination of appropriate project partners and offer a comprehensive spectrum of services for the securing of project success in all phases of the project execution – up to a secure exit for investors.

To guarantee that we are always „state of the art“, we have participated for many years in research projects of the European Union. We are presently working on two research projects for intelligent optimization of use of resources in the European real estate industry.
