Residential construction project
Yaroslavl In the center of the city of Yaroslavl in the Russian Federation, the corporation Nassauische Heimstätte/Wohnstadt, together with a German investor and local project developers, created a residential construction and hotel project. Here they are supported by the cooperation office Hessen-Yaroslavl, which is carried by the Hessen agency.

With the German investment, around 80,000 m2 should exist with space for just under a thousand apartments. All units are designed for sale. For the planned three star hotel with about 220 rooms, an international hotel chain is planned to be the operator.

The goal of this residential construction project in Yaroslavlis primarily the creation of modern living space, above all, in an energetic fashion, which is oriented towards middle European standards and should be exemplary for Yaroslavl(“best practice”).  The NH ProjektStadt takes over development and consulting tasks and the co-management with the project execution and quality assurance with planning and construction. 


Cooperation in Poland
There is also a project in Poland:  The construction of a fallow land in Warsaw that is currently being used as a parking space. The first city-construction draft from the company designates about 600 apartments and a large underground parking garage.  Already for two years, there has been a cooperation agreement with the property owner - a residential co-op in Warsaw.
