Public-private partnership opens up new areas to our municipal customers in the real estate sector. Increasingly tight financial resources are used optimally, you receive more flexibility for future tasks and can concentrate on your real „core business“. In addition, urgent investments can be converted more quickly, ongoing costs frequently reduced or at least reliably calculated. We can develop and realize the PPP projects together with famous partners and in this way, also act as investors. As NH ProjektStadt, we also see ourselves in an advisory function for our customers from the municipal area. A new usage concept must be created in many cities and communities for such infrastructure facilities as community centers, swimming pools, schools and kindergartens in order to cover the ongoing costs.
