Senior housing, intergenerational living, buildings suitable for women, community buildings such as schools, kindergartens, community centers, district centers or real estate for people with handicaps. In recent decades, we have developed and realized a number of real estate projects for special uses for the Nassauische Heimstätte/Wohnstadt group of companies as well as for third parties.  We have shown one thing in this way: beautiful architecture goes along with very specific usage concepts and still remains affordable.
